How to get people on your server

People will join a server that has people on it, I suggest making some friend to help you establish a mock player base.

By Playing Other server's and telling people that you have made a new server and ask them to pm you if they wanna join maybe sometime

invite mates and dont make them admin as it will scare new players off as they dont want to be the only non admin

On russia you know you can just buy some Advertisment on popular Gmod youtubers.
But if your server is bad you won't get some profit from it.

The way the I did was to make your server name unique. The way you do this, is by making your title say: "XXX Gaming | Bhop | Knives | FastDL" or try to make your server more custom. By making custom addons, or grabbing some off scriptfodder.

There is such a thing as YouTube and there is huge scope for advertising servers GM if you are not ashamed of your server, and it is original then pay to advertise you're interested and all )

maybe having clickbait server name like servername $500k start might work,like maybe like butting in that you have custom printers cars vip jobs or now hiring

i mean me personally i join servers that have a longer name more then i join the server that is only ten characters long also if you make a steam group and have people join that and do events you might be able to get people to join back ladder on to get what ever the event reword is, and sorry if some of the stuff is misspelled i have dyslexia had to google that to find out how to spell that
