Is my old laptop good for minecraft server hosting?

#1 Its 8gb ram, 1.80ghz 2 core CPU, and integrated GPU. Is this good enough for around 50 players max? (Note: its a old pc, dont use it anymore) Or should I build a desktop for hosting
