Idk, if it has 8gb of ram and a good-ish CPU it should be ok for a small server!

I used to run a server on like a potato laptop I used to have and honestly, it all really depends on how much you're loading up the server with addons and players. If there are a lot of addons and as you say, like 50 people, you definitely can't expect a stable server. But for like 20-30 people, it should be fine.

You can most definatly host it on that laptop with a good internet connection but you wouldnt be able to play and host the serevr at the same time without the server lagging

You might be able to, not to sure. The best option would to buy a dedicated server because they're powerful.

RAM is Okay, CPU nope, You can like run it for maybe 5-10 people, before it starts lagging in TPS, if they all go mine, discover etc (50 players) you need atleasta 3.8 ghz core.
