Looking to start mining

I'm looking into mining and was wondering where I should start if I could get some advice!

It depends on what exactly you are planning to mine.
Like everything in life, you want to do a lot of research. I'd recommend watching all the youtube you can and try to find communities and even subreddits that are specific to your coin and scale of your operations.
It is 2019, you want to be sure whatever you are mining is still profitable. With the price of power and equipment, it may not be.

I wouldn't recommend mining since you will probably lose more money then you get in the end. One of my friends tried this and what happened next...

But if you have a budget then you will probably earn more money then you lose.

It is not profitable to mine at the moment, check it out, that is why people turn to hyip and pseudo mining, but most are scams
