Linden Tea and deep breaths while laying down for me is the most natural way I found to induce sleep. I'd advise that before considered medicine or weed, as usually prolonged usage of either will have adverse side effects on your body and mind.

ASMR is pretty helpful, but it took me some time to find my "trigger".

Just stare at the ceiling. In my opinion this is the most effective way to quickly sleep lmao

The biggest one's I would recommend is sticking to a schedule. Like if you fall asleep or head to bed around 11 but not at a specific time. Make it a specific time. Tell yourself "I will turn off all the lights and head to bed precisely at 10:30." It has helped me many times when I am accustomed to a routine. Brush teeth and all that before bed. Make sure your phone is silent and away from you when you head to bed. Don't fall asleep on your phone. That night mode thing does not help your vision or sleep behavior at all. If you can spare the money I would also recommend a weighted blanket.
Want somethingcracked or leaked? PM me and I'll see what I can do! Also free simple GFX requests and signatures.

one big rule for me is do not watch tv in bed, only go to bed to sleep. if you cant sleep after a while then get up and watch some tv or something for a bit before trying again. Keep doing this for some time and you will eventually train your body that bed is for sleep! Soon you will jump into bed and fall straight to sleep

I often sleep relaxed. Radox Sleepy works if you pour it in your bath and also listening to white noise.
