Understanding what you body wants, learning to understand when you need to sleep so you can then relax let go of your muscles forget your legs even exist and just sleeeeeep. Listening and understanding when your body says it's time to wake up and whether or not it will do.

Do pushups before sleeping. Good way to train up and get tired then sleep.
