Serious Hey all, Is Cracking a form of Hacking?

"Cracking" is a extremely broad term. In this context, you are gaining unauthorized access to something (just like if you were spawning in items in a game via custom code), so yes it would be considered hacking. But I guess, just because you're using tools that weren't made specifically by you, I wouldn't call anyone that is cracking something a "hacker."

If you are attempting to (knowingly) gain entry into a system or something you are not supposed to through your own work or a websites fault you are breaking the law and can be prosecuted under the "computer misuse act". So yes

its hacking because you have to gather information to gain the password or other things

Of course, you're basically hacking to someone's account but both of them are considered "blackhat" (unless you're a whitehat hacker).

Also for my isnt this hacking because when Mega or dropbox no Filters has than is this for not hacking

I do think it is a form of hacking. Like you said, breaching databases and shit is a big part of it.

Defiantly it's a form of hacking and i don't support the style of hacking but i can't control you

I believe that cracking IS a form of hacking. You are brute forcing your way in and gaining access.

I say yes and no. Cracking usually requires you to find vulnerabilities in a website then to crack the admins hash.
But no because using a Disassembler only requires clicking open.
