Anyone else's sleep cycle out of wack? Sleep at 2 AM and wake up at 11 AM. used to be just 10PM to 6AM

I have the same problem for a very long time.
I sleep around 2:30am and wake up at 6:00am (because of school) But during weekdays i wake up nearly at 1pm. Donno why i can't sleep to 9pm - 12:00am. :/ I swear i tried many things just to sleep early but no good at all.

Always getting out of schedule, but it's been like this for ~ 6 years so I'm used to it.

I don't even really have a sleep schedule.
I sleep when I feel like it.

I don't understand how people can sleep before 1/2 AM. Like you could be doing so much things in those extra hours but you spend it on sleep?

I sleep whenever i feel like i'm tired, i don't really use a schedule.

I sleep an hour at night and a hour here and their during the day so I dont know what a sleep schedule is anymore.
