Working at 10pm to 4am so Im sleeping 6 hours and wake up at 10am :disgusting:

I dont have a schedual, i split my sleeping hours over the day, in total i sleep less than other people but i don't feel tired at all.

I go to sleep around 3am and wake up at like 11-12 because its summer holidays

College has thrown my sleep cycle out of wack. Im lucky to get 7 hours of sleep on any given day

During the summer its different, around 2 am to 11am is my average sleep schedule during that time

Same with me usually I go to sleep around 3 am and wake up around 12pm or 1pm.

If you have sleep problems, try practising good sleep hygiene.
No screens an hour before bed, no screens in the bedroom, etc.
