You can use EssentialsX with permissionsex to set a permissions system. Rankup to set a ranking system, multiverse core multiverse portals and multiverse inventories to set a multi-world system, healthbar and combat log to make pvp more fancy, auctions, vault, sign shop, chestshop, shopkeepers, lottery for a complete economy system, clearlag to clear the lag on your server, authme for a login/register system if you play in offline mode, crates plus if you want crates on your server, crazy enchantments if you want more enchantments in factions/survival mode, factions plugin by massivecore, lobby compass if you plan to expand you server to have different game modes, mineresetlite if you plan to create a prison server, negativity and noswer to prevent swearing, perworldplugins to have certain plugins for certain worlds, plots squared for plots, skins restorer for skins, world border to not have infinite worlds, world edit and world guard to create and protect certain regions in your worlds, viaversion if you want to make your server available for 1.8,1.9,1.10,1.11,1.12, multiworldmoney if you want to have seperate balances in seperate worlds or groups of worlds etc
