I use Sublime Text IDE, you can starting to learn about frontend (CSS, HTML), later you can start with back end (PHP, RUBY, PYTHON, etc). It's easy if you really like.

If you develop websites, what program do you use? What kind of websites? How / wheredid you learn web development. I'm curious because I'm going to study web development.

I often use Github's Atom editor because it has some nice functions like, having 2 codes open at the same time and a file manager which Notepad++ or Sublime3 don't include by default.
