Both can be extended with plugins, Atom seems to be more recurse-intensive than Sublime but you have access to a lot of packages and most if not all seem to be free.

netbeans love it and always will love it. I can argue all day on why it's the best.

(Sublime + many plugins) and notepad++. I tried to use an atom, but he slow loaded compared for sublime. O.o Maybe this only for me
