Just use badlion client its way easier to setup than multiple mods in forge.

Mekanism, Thermal expansion and Applied energistics are my favs. They make any modded play through fun

I think the best minecraft mod is Industrial Craft, but it's better to install some extensions too

I think vanilla is best, why do people like modded so much?

Stargate networking mod, its basically like a fun nether portal

For me it's MrCrayFish vehicle mod. You can drive vehicles in Minecraft like Planes, boats and cars!

badlion and pvp mods is enough to me (I just play in servers)

Uhh the pixelmon mod was fun until it got deleted, I haven't checked if it's back as of now or not

I love ProjectE, it's so op but it so fun to play around with. And the idea comes from my favorite anime.
