After Effects, Camtasia, Sony Vegas Pro 18, Movavi. Best editing programs in my opinion.

There is obviously Photoshop if you want to pay, but if not there is Paint.net which comes with Windows or download GIMP off the interwebs which has a lot of commonality with Photoshop.

The best in my oppinion are
1. After Effects. You can do basically all you want with that
2. Hitfilm Express. Is like after effects but free and with lower power
3. Sony vegas. If you use it the enought time you can get some so good things

edit: If you need some for Photo edit. i suggest photoshop, or for free: Paint.net or GIMP

I personally think its Premiere Pro.
Premiere allows you to do alot of things, and overall has the most options.
This is just my opinion though, as I've used both Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas.

Vegas crashes alot :<
I don't know why
I don't know when
But I know for a fact
Ducks are superior

Vegas takes a LOT longer to render too.
Just get premiere if you're doing video editing.

For images I use Photoshop cc19, for videos I use Final Cut Pro X. I have been wanting to learn how to use premiere pro though!
