There are many, depends on what you do and how much you are willing to spend: Premiere Pro CC, Davinci Resolve, Sony Vegas for video, for photo/image stuff, you can use Illustrator CC or Inkscape (vector graphics), and then Photoshop CC or GIMP (photo editing)

If you want to edit photos, then there are many programs that can help you with this. It all depends on what you need
1. Photoshop
2. Illustrator
etc

For photos and graphics Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign and for video Premier and After Effects are all fabulous. I would suggest trying some of the trials on programs such as Adobe, Wondershare, Davinci Resolve, Affinity, etc., and see what programs you work best with. At times I wish I could change over to Affinity because it doesn't bogg down my computer as much as Adobe, but I feel lost in their programs and the learning curve would just slow me down. haha

For editing photoshop is the most obvious one but a very good alternative is photopea. Its an online editor that's just like photoshop and doesn't need you to download any files.

Industry standard is of course going to be Photoshop, and many users are fine living with cs6, very good. However I would very much like to point you in the direction of Pixelmator for iOS and macOS and the Affinity Suite for cross-platform. Really a great Photoshop alternative.
Want somethingcracked or leaked? PM me and I'll see what I can do! Also free simple GFX requests and signatures.
