honestly how would i be successful at a youtube channel?

I'vehad countless failures of youtube accounts and i cannot find a niche that anybody has already taken or done i need some advice, please

Provide something unique and keep at it until you get viral!

Personality at least for me even if im watching a review i need personality because it makes up for quality of the images and the voice and is the reason why youtube os now used more then tv because people are being them selves and it connects with their viewers so the viewer feels as if he os with friend

You need big titles and have a target audience! "EZ WIN FORTNITE (GIVEAWAY??) BATTLEEYE/EAC BANNED ME? HOW AM I SO GOOD) and such titles are known to give good views

Depends on your voice, age or looks if you are doing videos on yourself. I just upload memes for my friends and get quite alot of views but if you are going to try be succsesful then I would reccomend being original and relateable.

I have a youtube channel and haven't been getting a lot of traction either. At one point I was even posting daily content and got a total of maybe 3 subs out of it. I have since slowed down my upload schedule and have still had trouble. I just don't know what to do.

You need to create something unique... gameplay already has a lot of channels that do this.

You need to create your content very intresting for users. Create your own, unique way to do your unique content. And for the sake of your own reputation, don't even try to do letsplays. I fucked up already on it. In 2012 it was popular, but now... Forgot about it, just do it.

I feel like at this late in the game you just have to get lucky. There are so many people out there dreaming about getting big on youtube, and I'm sure a lot of them are great at it. However, that doesn't mean they get any views. Try to get a shout out from a bigger youtuber, even if it's someone with only a few thousand subs.
