Did you start from anime to manga or the other way round?

Personally started with manga then anime :D

i started watching anime ,and i got hooked i looked for where animes are made ,then i found out about mangas and i started reading them a lot every week on my phone

I watch anime first since I started watching anime when I was smaller and didn't have access to manga. So I naturally prefer anime. I like it because I'm used to it, and it has color and action.It's also easier to understand for me, and it's more accessible. If you are efficient at reading manga, then read manga first.

I started with anime and now I'm currently manga only, I lost my attention span for anime... :(

i started from anime and then manga, when i was a kid i used to watch a lot of anime (even thought i didnt knew what anime was) so i always prefered to watch, but a few years ago i started reading manhwas on webtoon and from there i started to read more manga than anime

Anime to manga. Adult swim / Toonami as a youngin' to reading the stuff in school library. Instead of being social like a 'normal' kid.

Have been watching Anime for a very, very long time but only this year got into Manga. Similar to you, it is mainly due to less time, but there are some that are just so much better as an Anime!
