anyone got tips to sleep faster / better? if you do please comment them

Yeah just relax and listen to some good asmr. I recommand you to relax each muscle one by one

just have a few cold berrs that works for me lol or watch tv in bed thats always getss me to sleep

I usually sleep with a fan on. also avoid listening to catchy music, cuz i swear for me as a musical person im up all night either humming it or thinking of every different key to play it on an instrument xD

Don't stay on technology that much it really helps with falling asleep

try and keep your eyes shut / open for a bit and you might fall asleep.

First thing first leave your smart phone at least 2 meters away from your bed, do exercising before sleep, usually 10 pushups and 25 sit ups.

forget Technology when you are in bed and drink something warm

clench your toes for 10 seconds and release/repeat, drink a warm cup of milk or chamomile tea before bed, general exercising before bed makes me super tired. Melatonin also helps
