Relax your muscles, and think about not thinking (this will help clear your mind). If it doesn't work, try counting to 1000.

Avoid being in touch with screens for too long at night and sleep in the darkest room possible

I try to imagine I'm sleeping in a nice cabin on a snowy forest planet. I've got all the food and water I'll ever need and all is cozy.

I like to do burnout reps before I go to bed. Also either use a monitor with the blue vision help to reduce the impact or forego electronic usage for a whole hour before bed. This helped me alot.

You need to do something at daytime.. or if nothing helped for you, go to the doctor, they give you something better :p

watch videos in bed it works for me makes me fall asleep in minutes seconds
