Exercise during the day, but not right before bed. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bed. Use yellow filters on your screens after dark, such as f.lux.

Look into progressive muscle relaxation. Melatonin may help.

inden Tea and deep breaths while laying down for me is the most natural way I found to induce sleep. I'd advise that before considered medicine or weed, as usually prolonged usage of either will have adverse side effects on your body and mind.

Yeah just relax and listen to some good asmr. I recommand you to relax each muscle one by one

when i was younger and i coudnt sleep, my mother was giving me cloth with poppy seeds inside to suck. i was sleeping then like a baby

Just relax your entire body on something comfortable and clear your mind.

You need to get focused on going to sleep.
Turn off everything in your room and give it a chance.
It will work 100% if you just commit.
Turn off notifications on your phone and turn of any noise around you.
(And yea i cant really sleep without sound).
But it will work I promise.

you need sleep 03:00 - 05:00 between. If you want good sleep, you must drink Fennel tea

Dont use your phone or any unnatural light sources the last hour leading up to your bed time

Don't listen music when you are sleeping, it won't help, well, atleast for me.
