I just started out playing tennis. You get a high intense workout without thinking of it. It is so fun!

To begin with, you must kill yourself psychologically, then after that think you can do it all the time, if there are doubts then there is no point in trying because you are not sure of yourself

xd yea, idk where you live but depending on the country it might be better to just steer clear from them at least for now
why do you get nervous though when you think about going to a gym? Teehee

Probably because I'm a noob who is completely lost and doesn't know what to do xd
And I also don't want people to be staring at me Concerned

I'd say that the best way is to try different stuff till you find something that you like.
The key is to think outside of the box.
For example since I can't train at my gym anymore I started surfing even though it's winter.

Ok, here's the thing.

Everything is hard until you actually go and do it. Been there myself and now I have had a gym membership for more that 3 years.
The money paying tactic actually works. It helps your brain invest itself into it,but it's not the only way this can be achieved.
A really common advice is getting people to join you, so that it's more fun and you don't feel like people are watching you. Personally, I have been going solo, because little work is done when with friends and after a few training sessions, you realise the only person giving a shit about you is the dude that wants to use the same equipment as you (that's why you should join small and local gyms, so you don't battle about equipment).

Now, I don't know how feasible is to join a gym right now, gyms where I live are currently closed and working out at home just doesn't cut it for me. If you can sign up,that's nice; if you feel like getting some physical activity at home is just right for you, send me a DM to give you my 30-min program I used to do at home. Of course, you can always go jogging and walking outside and if you do it for extended periods of time, it will really boost your metabolism and well being.

A side note: If you want to get into physical activity to lose weight, do note that eating right is 80% of weight loss and working out contributes at merely 20%. If not, do remember that the key to get stronger is to be progressive and this means you need to start slow and steadily rise the difficulty.

there should be someone to teach you how to do ur workout and stuff properly there
don't worry about being a noob, everyone was at some point

and definitely forget about people staring at you, most are already busy enough with their workouts to care about what you're doing Teehee

First you need to be physically active. In other words, you need to exercise independently, and if your mental patience improves, your body is ready to improve!
