I recommend dumbbells, monkey fist, squats and push-ups, a horizontal bar in the house. These activities do not require preparation and a lot of time, this is not a running for which you need to strain and go to workout. Just place the dumbbells next to the computer and do the exercises every time you AFK or sit down at the computer. This way, you don't have to force yourself, do pull-ups or push-ups, these are simple and quick activities.

Take some resting days in the beginning and then start to take less resting days, will help you not get burnt out in the beginning!

yea u need to get motivated, u dont need disciplin where is motivation u know ?
just get a goal.
but dont say, yeeah i want get abs and done.
u need to be realistic to ur bodyweight u know ?
set goals which are reachable at ur current state

tart small and build momentum.
Make it automatic with triggers.
Reward yourself.

In order to be motivated, you need to be surrounded by people who are close to you so that you can give constructive criticism. This helps to move forward and especially to improve, but in any case I wish you good luck in your adventure ^^

first of all, don't push yourself to the point you can't move no more.
and then one of the most important thing is to find other reason that just losing weight (ex; health benefits)
that two works for me!

find something that motivates you for me its music that gets it flowing but some people its getting in shape for the opposite sex or same sex Wink

figure out what it is you want to do and force yourself to do it for 2 weeks. by then it should start to become a habbit and something you look forward to doing. when you get to the point where you looking forward to doing it it becomes easy.

i should add that i barely do anything physical and you should totally not take motivation advice from me...a nobody on the internet.

Definitely start paying for a membership to something. Gives you that extra incentive when it's costing you.

start just walking around the block and drink lots of water.
