its all about cardio but instead of running you can focus on long walks and a change in eating to where you monitor your total caloric intake and keep it at a deficit. Belly fat is the most stubborn and is usually the last to go on your body.

P90X for 90 days and stick to a diet. If it's just a little bit of belly fat just diet for a few weeks by only drinking healthy smoothies. It sucks but it's a great easy way to get rid of it without too much exercise.

I was just about to say this lol intermittent fasting can change your life man, its all about being disciplined if you want a change in your body you have to make a change in your mindset first.

Many have mentionned it, but you need both diet and exercise. Make sure you stay in calorie deficit by the end of day.

Eating less carbs and sugars and skipping is a good start. Belly fat is notoriously stubborn tho
