I think one page site is a good idea, but, you need the best mode to use. Not's good for ecommerce and big businnes. If use with ajax infinite scroll, you can make more works using it.

In fact, it also helps children enhance their literacy skills. Simple three and four letter words are put together to form such stories. They can be heard, comprehended and read by the child with ease. Here are some short story examples

I would have to see it, in order to get a better idea of it.

Please keep in mind that a single-page website is terrible for SEO. Otherwise, I think they are fine, as long as you execute it properly, and it looks decent.

Onepage websites are like the elivator speech, you have 2 mins that you need to tell everything about yours company.
So if you have wide specs of products, the best way is to create multipage websites.

While it looks really good, it is hard to maintain one page websites. You should make an efficient layout and put contents on right order. It is a must for single item showcases.

single pages are very good. Minimizing requests and loading times are always a plus. I for one am a big slut for not really one page, but one document request sites where you initially load it, then any navigation off page is loaded via AJAX. MMMMM I love it so much. The setup it takes is worth it for the users.

For launch of a product or for promotional purposes, one page websites are great. Otherwise I prefer multi-pages.

Single page websites are powerful. All the content is there and readily available. As far as information consumption, it's a great way to get the info across. However I like a different type of single page site. AJAX SITES!!! I absolutely fucking love AJAX sites. You can send the most important data first, don't waste data on stuff people wont notice at first. If they wish to engage further, more data is loaded. Saving fucktons of bandwidth in my experience. My old site was single paged without scrolling so all the info was easily presentable. I just love that so much. Anyways that's my 2 cents.
