1) Take your phone away before sleep
2) sleep dark
3) sleep in a cold room
4) dont be hungry

I have been sleeping for 4-5 hours for the past 6 years, I can say that I feel much better than when I was sleeping for 9-12 hours.

Some already mentioned it but a good excercise and try to make it a habit to eat and sleep at specific times

Start counting to 200 and you should fall asleep quite fast.

Dont use a mobile before sleep because i heard the light in background can stop from sleeping. Dont play any catchy music or any at all if it doesn't help. I seem to get to sleep better with tv on in the background but at low volume andi make sure theres nothing on i like to watch. Make sure you have a good sleep pattern and been busy during day will help too. Last one i can think of is reading. Reading really helps.

Just relax close your eyes stop thinking about anything and you will fall asleep
