I quit smoking about 3 years ago, And I did it by vaping alot of people thinking "Vaping" it basically for those who just want to jump on a trend but Before quiting smoking I spoke to alot of people who quit by vaping and so I tried it and Honestly 10x better tasting and have not touched a Cigarette in over 3 years now and still vape. at 6% nicotine

I found cutting down each day helped me out I went from 30 a day to none in just under 2 month once you get to the end I felt that the first cig on a morning is the hardest get past that and your on to a winner
