Whats the best way to quit smoking?

The only advice that can help to your friend is: change your thinking.
Success of trying to quit smoking depends on working on yourself and your mind.

Definitely, most of people say its hypnosis, why not trying? It may works.

The best way I found to stop smoking was to use the patch or the gum.

Cold turkey, and willpower. Me and my dad both quit the same way. Its a real "Fuck you" to the people who didn't believe in you too

If not, vaping and jsut ween yourself off the nicotine slowly. I swear by my vape to be honest. I stopped smoking for a while but went back to vaping because I enjoyed it more, and still do!

probably the best way is to not start in the first place hehe

i guess, the best way is to decrease the amount of cigarettes , i'm still a smoker but .. i went from +10 cigs a day to 1 per 2days (& sometimes none)
since i started to hate the taste & the smell it gives me

you should try snus, its smokeless tobacco and not as unhealthy as cigarettes
