Whats the best way to quit smoking?

This is my way but use any food that you want to crave or addicted to instead. It will try and help get out of smoking.

I think there are three tips of smokers. First which must stop slowly, second must stop instantly and third which will never stop. So you have to decide in which category are you.

Yeah, everyone's got a "friend" that needs help. Tell your "friend" that they need to go cold turkey. It's harder than using nicotine gum or whatever, but it's better in the long run.

I managed to quit smoking by moving onto vaping with a box mod. If you put nicotine in with the liquid or buy liquid with some in, you can dial the nicotine down untill you don't need it anymore and thus have quit smoking for good

As with all addicties, just stop and be prepared for a couple of hard weeks, after that everything will be fine

I found that using an ecig helped me quit smoking relatively easy

Look into getting a saltnic device! I'd recommend any of the Suorin devices, saltnic seems to have a higher success rate with helping people stop smoking because the feel is similar and your getting adequate amounts of nicotine

The best way to stop smoking is to just explode/throw away ur packs

Maybe try vaping? My bro used to smoke almost 1 pack a day, but after he tried vaping, his smoking habit gradually diminished until he will only try to puff 1-2 stick in a week.
