Whats the best way to quit smoking?

just quit dude, nothing more than that, just decide to do it

To be honest I don't think vaping is good enough of a method to quit smoking, just an easy alternative to cigarettes. Loads of my friends started vaping but one after another they went back to cigs. If vaping is helping you at least try hard and stick to the plan!

How i quit was though vaping, Vaping isn't for everyone but it worked better than gum, patches or anything else.

I tried to quit for 2-3 years and with doctors help but in the end vaping allowed me to quit without the usual relapse.

If nothing works for you then you can always try asking doctor for help (medication) or doing a slow taper off by doing 1 less cigarette a day.

From personal experience, only desire is needed.

Switch your attention to something else like something physical

Well, I stopped smoking about 9 years ago.
I just got tired of cigarettes, and somehow began to feel them disgusting.
I made an anchor - I promised my gf I quit smoking and managed to do it just by stopping buying cigarettes.

Next 6 months were pretty hard because of thoughts in the head about tobacco. But after a year I completely stopped to think about that crap and never tried it again.

I use to love having a cigarette any time especially when I've had a few beers, it was the vape that helped me quit but mostly because i knew the missus is preggers. The only advice i'd give bro, is showing pictures of smokers with rotten dirty stinking teeth, and telling facts about smokers.
